Shipping & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). During peak periods, such as major holidays or large promotional events, processing times may be longer due to increased order volume. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by weather or carrier issues. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Here’s what you need to know:
- Orders shipped outside the U.S. are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Prices do not include customs duties or taxes.
- Customs forms may list item values even for gifts.
- Import fees, duties, and taxes must be paid by the recipient.
- Customs processing may delay delivery and is beyond our control.

Want to send a gift? Wrapping is available for $6 and includes tissue paper, a decorative box, and a handwritten note.
